Becoming a real estate developer in the Garden State

I’m Steven Rindner, also known as the Main Street Advisor. I’m from New Jersey and I’m heavy into real estate development. I also have friends who are also into real estate. Last week, I was a guest speaker for a group of aspiring developers in New Jersey. I spoke about what it takes to become a developer in the Garden State. To become a real estate, you first need to have an education, but not just any education. You need to have the proper education. A few degrees that come to mind are business administration, urban development, construction management, and finance management. All these courses teach an individual many of the lessons they’ll need when developing properties and land. The proper education also helps you get your certifications and licenses needed for being a bona fide developer. Image source: mindp
